Python Roadmap
Learn Python for DevOps and cloud automation through clear milestones, practical labs, and interview revision.
Choose how you learn Python
Pick a topic to learn and practice right away, or follow the roadmap step by step. Both options help you build Python skills for DevOps, cloud automation, and interviews.
You need a computer, a text editor, and basic terminal navigation. Start locally; an AWS account is only needed for the optional live cloud exercises.
Learn and practice by topic
Read the documentation, answer questions, write code, and rehearse interviews. Work through a topic or jump directly into practice.
Reading progress follows lessons marked complete and is saved in this browser. Practice progress is shown separately.

New to Python? Start with the first milestone and work through each stop. Aim for 30–60 minute sessions and mark activities complete to track your progress.
Your Python road trip
Six stops, one learning adventure. Finish each stop to drive your car forward.
Click a numbered station to drive there and explore its card. Complete lessons with Mark complete; quiz stops complete when every question is answered. Your saved progress also moves the car as you finish each stop.
